What does HACCP mean and which clothing is HACCP compliant?

The abbreviation HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. As part of quality management, the HACCP guideline describes possible risks in food production and how these can be minimized or controlled. In the area of personnel clothing, for example, it is important that no pieces of clothing can stick out or tear off and contaminate production as foreign objects.
