Your order will usually even be shipped to your desired address on the same day. The delivery time within Germany is about 2-3 working days, provided that the goods are in stock. The fastest way to receive your goods is to order directly here in our online store.

Shipping costs

The standard shipping costs are only 4,95 € within Germany.

The packaging costs are generally borne by Franz Mensch GmbH.

Surcharge for small quantities

If the order value is too low, a minimum quantity surcharge of 5 € net will be charged. You will see this item automatically in your shopping cart. In addition, you will receive a note with the amount you are still missing to avoid the shortage surcharge.

Please contact customer service immediately after placing your webshop order at verkauf@franz-mensch.de,to request a self-collection. Of course, there are no shipping costs for you. You will be notified by e-mail when your goods are ready.
