The arms and the front are partially PE-coated, making the gown resistant to infectious and biological hazards. The arm cuffs have comfortable knitted cuffs for a good fit. The protective gown also complies with type PB 6B. This means that it can be worn as chemical protective clothing with limited protection against liquid chemicals. Furthermore, the Protect protective gown is suitable for use with light spray mist, liquid aerosols or low-pressure and low-volume splashes against which complete liquid permeability is not required. The abbreviation ‘PB’ in the type designation stands for partial body protection.
