BLS Prefilter, Respiratory protection prefilter for air purifying respiratorThe BLS TMP3 particle filter is part of the BLS 2600 respiratory protection blower system and protects against solid and liquid, radioactive and highly toxic particles, asbestos, fibers and microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses. No protection against gases and vapors. The TMP3 pre-filter is fitted between the filter and the filter ring nut to prevent the TMP3 filter from clogging and to extend its service life. The BLS TMP3 filters have a special connection and can only be used with the BLS 2600 next respiratory protection blower. BLS Full face mask 5150 with universal connection RD40The 5150 full-face respirator from BLS is made of thermoplastic rubber and is classified as a Class 3 mask for high exposure. Class 3 respirators have increased resistance to radiant heat and flames. They are used in firefighting, for example. The mask has an RD40 DIN connection for the secure attachment of a respiratory protection filter. The use of DIN filters offers the user the greatest possible freedom in filter selection. A 6-point headband offers an optimum and secure fit of the respirator with numerous adjustment options. The VISOR panoramic field of vision corresponds to optical class 1 (in accordance with EN 166) - for distortion-free vision (green field). The masks have an integrated “anti-fog” system thanks to the special air flow of warm air and cold air. A coating that wears off over time through cleaning and disinfection is therefore superfluous.
