Refund procedure

Franz Mensch GmbH attaches great importance to the quality of its products and customer satisfaction. However, if you encounter a problem with an item, especially if it is defective, our team will of course assist you with a straightforward process.

After reviewing your request and determining that it is justified, the affected goods will be picked up from you. As soon as the goods have been received, a credit note or refund will be issued.

Return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods

If you have ordered an item incorrectly or accidentally, you must first notify us of the return. Please note that returns are only possible for unused goods in their original packaging. The return must be initiated by you, at your expense, and within 15 days.

Unfortunately, used or worn items cannot be returned.
