Complaint
Franz Mensch GmbH attaches great importance to the quality of its products and customer satisfaction. However, if you encounter a problem with an item,
especially if it is defective, our team will of course assist you with a straightforward process.
After reviewing your request and determining that it is justified, the affected goods will be picked up from you.
As soon as the return has been processed, a credit note or refund will be issued.
Return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods
If you have ordered an item by mistake or accidentally, please notify us in advance by e-mail.
Please note that returns are only possible for unused goods in their original packaging. Items that have already been used or worn cannot be returned.
The return must be initiated by you, at your expense and within 15 days.
