So funktioniert die Clean Card® PRO...
1.) Vorbereitung:
Füllen Sie frisches Trinkwasser (kalt oder Raumtemperatur) oder destilliertes Wasser in die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Plastikflasche. Verschließen Sie das Fläschchen mit dem entsprechenden Sprühkopf. Nehmen Sie anschließend die Clean Card® PRO aus der Box, jedoch ohne den perforierten gelben Teil der Testkarte mit den Fingern zu berühren.
2.) Durchführung:
Befeuchten Sie die überprüfende Fläche, indem Sie diese zwei- bis dreimal kurz mit Wasser besprühen. Reiben Sie mit der Testkarte mehrmals kräftig über den befeuchteten Bereich und drücken Sie den perforierten Teil der Karte fest gegen die zu testende Fläche. Die Testkarte muss die gesamte Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen.
Hinweise: Der Testbereich sollte idealerweise eine Größe von etwa 10 x 10 cm haben. Sprühen Sie das Wasser nur auf die zu testende Oberfläche und niemals direkt auf die Testkarte. Verwenden Sie die Clean Card® PRO nur einmal, da ein gebrauchter Test keine zuverlässigen Ergebnisse liefert.
3.) Auswertung:
Warten Sie 30 Sekunden und vergleichen Sie die Farbreaktion mit der beigefügten Auswertekarte. Als Nachweis einer verunreinigten Fläche genügt eine Farbänderung in nur einem der Kreise. Die Clean Card® PRO ist ein Proteintest, der auf eine Proteinmenge ab ca. 25 µg / 100 cm² reagiert. Je dunkler das Blau der Farbkreise ist, desto mehr Protein wurde nachgewiesen.

Scrubber made of PP/PBT from Hygoclean
These scrubbers are ideal for hygiene-sensitive areas and the food industry. They are made of high-quality PP plastic, which is much more hygienic than wood. Because no bacteria can settle on the smooth surface. With their short, hard fibres, the scrubbers also remove adhering dirt and are particularly suitable for rough cleaning. The long-lasting fibres made of PBT and the robust plastic body are temperature-resistant up to 130 °C. They can therefore be cleaned hot and also used for cleaning wood. They can therefore be hot cleaned and used at high temperatures. Hygiene with colour system: The scrubbing brushes are available in numerous colours: either coloured trim and white body or as "full colour" with trim and body in one colour. The advantage of the colours is that you can use the scrubbers as part of a colour-coding system. This way you can visually separate different hygiene and work areas with colours: 1 colour = 1 area. A colour system provides clear guidelines and prevents cross-contamination.
