These baking paper sheets are premium and, unlike standard papers, also suitable for lye pastries. It can therefore be used universally in the kitchen and bakery. The baking paper is heat-resistant up to 220°C and has a non-stick silicone coating on both sides. Baked goods do not stick and can be easily removed from the tray. The baking paper is heat-resistant up to 220 °C and suitable for alkalis only to a limited extent.
