After registration you will be activated on working days within 24h, after we have checked your details. After the internal activation you will also receive an e-mail with the notice of your activation. Afterwards you can log in to your customer account and place orders.

To register, first enter your company name in the company field of the registration form. To make registration easier for you, a selection of direct suggestions will then appear below the input field. All you have to do now is click on your company and the fields Street and No., Postcode, City and Country will be filled in automatically with the correct data. If your company does not appear in the selection list, you can still enter your address data manually.
How Smart Sign-up works and why
For a quick and easy registration we cooperate with the general company information service of Creditreform. As a credit agency, Creditreform collects data on companies, self-employed persons and freelancers. As sources Creditreform uses the publicly accessible registers (commercial register, trade register, etc.). The purpose of the data processing is to provide creditworthiness information for the preparation of credit decisions of Creditreform's members. In addition, the address master data contained in a credit report is also used for the Internet-based company directory. In this way, companies have the opportunity to reach potential customers and business partners. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para.1. (f) DSGVO. According to this, there are no concerns, as a legitimate interest exists due to a request for information. In addition, the data from Smart Sign-Up is publicly accessible data contained in public registers.

Personal store account
Here you will find questions related to your personal store account.
All shipping addresses stored in your account are automatically deleted as soon as they are older than 30 days and do not have an open order. This is done to avoid long loading times of your customer account.

Find here all information about main and sub contact management in your store account.
The main contact is the employee who mainly orders in the store and is responsible for managing other sub-contacts.
If the main contact is logged into his store account, he will find the account management under my profile. There he can create new subcontacts, i.e. additional store accounts, for his company or for colleagues. When an additional subcontact is created, he receives his own store access with which he can order on behalf of the company.
