This medical mask meets the "Type II" standard. This means it is suitable for medical use and approved for use as third-party protection in hospital and nursing - also as a surgical mask. The Type II mouthguard has been proven to protect against droplet infections. The mask is 3-layered and achieves an excellent filtering performance of 98% BFE thanks to the integrated filter layer.
The disposable masks have ear loops and an adjustable nose clip. Important: Press the nose clip firmly when tightening so that the mask sits as close to the face as possible and can thus develop its full filtering capacity.

Medical face masks that offer protection against infection as external protection must be three-layered and tested in accordance with the EN 14683 standard.Such face masks contain a special filter layer made of meltblown material, which is particularly fine. There are three different categories:

How it works:
- Assign a specific colour to each hygiene zone, for example red for visitors, blue for staff and yellow for cleaning staff.
- Introduce coloured disposable clothing in your establishment so that different areas are immediately and clearly visually distinguishable.
- The DGfdB suggests the following colours for labelling cleaning equipment (such as wipes): Red for WC bowls, urinals and immediately adjacent tiles; Yellow for the rest of the sanitary area and sanitary equipment; Blue for other equipment and fixtures; Green for use in the kitchen area.
