DuPont™ Tyvek® IsoClean® overboots IC458B00 with slip-resistant Gripper™ sole offer reliable protection and high wearing comfort in one. The overboots feature covered elasticated bands at calves and leg ends as well as ankle ties to ensure a secure fit. Bound, internal seams provide additional stability.
Tyvek® IsoClean® is made from high-density polyethylene, manufactured using the patented flash-spinning process, and offers an effective barrier against particles, microorganisms and harmless splashes of water-based liquids. The material is breathable, extremely low-lint and antistatic. They are compatible with the DuPont™ Tyvek® IsoClean® cleanroom coverall IC 183 B WH TS (art. no. TD15560733) or the DuPont™ Tyvek® IsoClean® chemo gown IC 703S 00 (art. no. TD15542353).
The overboots are not processed under cleanroom conditions and not sterilised, but are manufactured in a controlled environment. They are suitable for use in cleanrooms of GMP class C/D as well as in industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, food processing, cosmetics and electronics. Certified according to EU Regulation 2016/425 for partial body protection Category III, Type PB [6-B], they also comply with EN 14126 for protection against infectious agents and EN 1149-1 for antistatic properties.
