The protective coveralls offer reliable protection against chemicals with a hood and taped seams. The thumb loops ensure a secure fit and additional protection for the hands. Elasticated cuffs, leg ends and hood ensure a secure fit, supported by a bonded elasticated back. Self-adhesive zipper and chin covers provide additional safety and protection against the ingress of chemicals.
In addition to protection, wearing comfort and mechanical resistance, the coverall offers an efficient barrier against numerous water-based inorganic chemicals in low concentrations (even under pressure) and fine particles. The material is also oil-repellent and antistatic. Typical areas of application for Tyvek® 800 J suits are work in damp to wet environments that require protection against chemicals, liquids and/or oils.
