The DuPont™ Tychem® 6000 F lab coat 0290 is a shin-length laboratory coat with a back closure and provides reliable partial body protection in particularly demanding working environments. The opening at the back is closed with ties and additionally secured with a hook-and-loop fastener at the neck, while the stand-up collar supports improved tightness in the neck and throat area. Knitted cuffs with a double cuff system and elasticated arm endings ensure increased protection, a secure connection to gloves and at the same time high wearing comfort thanks to the inner knitted cuff. The coat is made from a lightweight and durable material consisting of a high-performance barrier film laminated onto a hard-wearing Tyvek® substrate. Stitched seams sealed with barrier tape increase protection and durability.
The DuPont™ Tychem® 6000 F lab coat provides excellent protection against a wide range of chemicals and helps protect personnel from toxic organic industrial chemicals, highly concentrated inorganic chemicals even under pressure, particles, biological hazards and certain chemical agents. It is used in a wide variety of applications, ranging from chemical clean-up operations and emergency response to military and petrochemical environments. The coat is certified according to EU Regulation 2016/425 as partial body protection category III type PB [3-B], meets EN 14126 for protective clothing against infectious agents and is antistatic on the inside in accordance with EN 1149-1.
