The HDPE hygiene covers are available in 4 long sizes and safely cover tray trolleys, tray trolleys and all large shelf trolleys. Thanks to their length and large circumference, the trolleys are completely enclosed and your food stays fresh.

The disposable protective sleeves are made of a transparent HDPE film that the contents are easily visible from the outside. HDPE is waterproof and very stable. This means that your food is reliably protected from moisture, dust and other contaminants. Thanks to an upper side gusset, the covers have the ideal rectangular shape and fit all your trolleys.

HDPE belongs to the group of PE plastics (polyethylene). The abbreviation HDPE stands for High Density Polyethylene. The material is also often referred to as PE-HD, as hard PE or high density PE. HDPE is food safe and therefore a very common material for disposable products in hygienic areas of the food industry. Hygienic HDPE film can be made into aprons, gloves or covers of all kinds. The material is very abrasion resistant, durable and stiffer than LDPE. It has a rustling sound (similar to paper) and is also resistant to cold and heat.

Another big advantage of HDPE is that it can be produced in different thicknesses and also extra thin - much thinner than LDPE or MDPE. Since a smaller material thickness always means a cost saving, products made of HDPE are significantly cheaper than comparable LDPE products.
