Coffee cups Mocca made of kraft paper, PLA-coated, FSC® mix by NatureStar
The takeaway coffee cups Mocca are made from kraft paper and PLA. Both the cups themselves and the packaging are made from plant-based materials and are industrially compostable in accordance with EN 13432. The single-walled paper cups are made from kraft paper, the strongest type of paper. Only FSC® Mix-certified paper from FSC® Mix-certified sources is used in the manufacture of these coffee cups. To make the coffee cups leak-proof and moisture-resistant, they are coated on the inside with a cornstarch-based coating. This so-called PLA is a plant-based alternative to a PE coating. Furthermore, the cups are packaged in a hygienic bag made from PLA material.
