BLS Half mask respirator SGE46 with universal connection RD40The BLS SGE46 respirator is a silicone mask for flexible use in combination with standard filters in accordance with EN 148-1 (universal for all filters) for protection against gas/vapors and toxic particles. Equipped with a DIN connection (RD40) in accordance with EN 148-1, the greatest possible flexibility in filter selection is achieved. The strap is adjusted to 4 points directly on the rigid body of the mask, so that the weight of the respirator is evenly distributed without leaving marks on the face. BLS Half mask respirator 4000next R with bayonet connectionThe 4000next half mask is a particularly lightweight, easy-to-use respirator.respirator mask. The mask is equipped with a bayonet quick-release fastener. When changing the filter, a quarter turn is all it takes to remove the filteror to attach a new filter. An integrated locking function ensures that the filters are held securely in place during use. By using 2 filter elements, the respirator half mask offers a particularly large field of vision and optimized weight distribution. During the development of the half mask, the weight was reduced by 25% compared to conventional half masks thanks to design measures. Cleaning and maintenance of this respirator half mask is also particularly easy. The mask can be dismantled in just a few seconds without any tools. Drop-off procedure: easy removal of the mask during work interruptions without having to remove the mask completely. BLS Half mask respirator 4400next, set with filters protection class ABEK1 P3 RPreconfigured sets for direct use and POS stations in retail outlets. Each set contains a BLS Series 4000 next mask and two pre-assembled filters of filter type ABEK1 P3R. Areas of application include the steel industry, the chemical/pharmaceutical industry, pest control and the carpentry trade. The mask protects against organic, inorganic + acid gases + ammonia + particles + hydrogen fluoride + nanoparticles. The BLS 4000 respirators are made of thermoplastic rubber (TPE). They are used in combination with double bayonet filters and quick connectors and protect against toxic gases, vapors and particles. The front shield is equipped with a quick hook/unhook system and sliding rubbers.
