These baking paper sheets are premium and, unlike standard papers, also suitable for lye pastries. It can therefore be used universally in the kitchen and bakery. The baking paper is heat-resistant up to 220°C and has a non-stick silicone coating on both sides. Baked goods do not stick and can be easily removed from the tray. The blanks are ready to use and have a size of 40 x 60 cm. They therefore fit all standard baking trays.
